So on Wednesday, September 2nd 2009, I had the privelige of eating something that was surely of divine invention.  You see, Wednesday is the day that Tiffany goes to Eden View Organics (visit them online at www.edenvieworganics.com) and picks up whatever delicious food fare they have available.  On this fateful trip she brought me back a special treat!  It was a tart with a custard like filling.  Sounds normal enough, but after one bite, the divineness of this delicious delicacy was evident.  Have you ever had one of those tasty cake chocolate eclairs?  This is the organic match made in heaven!  So if you want a special treat and are in the Altoona or State College, PA area, be sure to look up eden view and taste their wares.
